Refunds, Returns & 30-Day Fit Guarantee

At SVELTE, we want you to feel confident in your fit.

Our 30-Day Fit Guarantee

Not sure about your size? We offer a 30-Day Fit Guarantee.

You may request a one-time size or color exchange within 30 days of delivery, as long as the item is eligible for return under the conditions below.

Please note: the 30-Day Fit Guarantee applies to exchanges only. It does not extend the refund window.

14-Day Refund Window

If you would prefer a refund instead of an exchange, you must contact us within 14 calendar days of the carrier-confirmed delivery date.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Return shipping costs

  • A 15% restocking and processing fee

Exchange Eligibility

To qualify for a size or color exchange, the item must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, unused, and unaltered

  • Tried on only over clean undergarments

  • Free of odors, stains, pet hair, damage, or any signs of wear

  • Returned with original packaging and tags, when applicable

Because shapewear is intimate apparel, we cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, damaged, or tried directly against the skin, where permitted by applicable law.

Exchanges are limited to one exchange per item and are subject to product availability. If your preferred replacement is unavailable, we may offer another available size or color, store credit, or another resolution at our discretion. Refunds are not available for exchange requests submitted after the 14-day refund window.

Return Shipping

For fit-related returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Please contact us before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval, or sent to the original shipping address, may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. SVELTE is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged before reaching our designated return facility.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sveltesculpt.com

Please include your order number and clear photos or video of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Once reviewed, we will provide an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund. Approved defect or incorrect-item claims are not subject to the 15% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for refund or exchange:

  • Worn, washed, altered, damaged, or hygiene-compromised items

  • Items returned without prior authorization

  • Final-sale or clearance items, when clearly marked at purchase

  • Gift cards

  • Complimentary or promotional items

  • Items returned outside the applicable request window

Refused or Undeliverable Orders

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is refused, returned to sender, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, any eligible refund may be reduced by original shipping costs, return-to-sender costs, and the 15% restocking and processing fee.
