Thank you for shopping with SVELTE. We work to get every order processed and delivered as smoothly as possible.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after being placed.
Business days are Monday through Friday and exclude weekends and U.S. holidays. During high-volume periods, promotions, or holidays, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order has been processed and handed to the carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.
Estimated Delivery Time
After processing, most U.S. orders arrive within 7–10 business days.
Please allow approximately 8–15 business days total from the date your order is placed for processing and delivery.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary based on carrier operations, destination, weather, holidays, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping Rates
Available shipping options and applicable shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms will be shown on our website or at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, tracking information will be emailed to the address provided at checkout.
Please allow a few business days for tracking to begin updating after the shipment has been transferred to the carrier. In some cases, tracking may not update until the package reaches the carrier’s next processing facility.
Split Shipments
To help deliver your order as efficiently as possible, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped separately. You will not be charged additional shipping costs when this occurs.
Address Changes & Order Cancellations
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout.
If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@sveltesculpt.com. We will do our best to assist, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been processed or shipped.
SVELTE is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address submitted at checkout.
Delivery Issues
If tracking shows that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, your local mail carrier, and any mailroom or front-desk area.
If the issue is still unresolved, contact us at contact@sveltesculpt.com within 7 days of the marked delivery date. Please include your order number and any relevant details so we can review the situation.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@sveltesculpt.com.
Please include your order number along with clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. After review, we will provide an appropriate resolution.
Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery windows, occasional delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, customs, or other events outside our control.
If your order experiences a significant delay, we will notify you when possible and provide available options.
